Measuring Success in God’s Eyes
Art Snow teaches from Acts 17, using Paul’s encounter in Athens to challenge the world’s definitions of success. While some judged Paul’s ministry there as small in visible results, Art reveals the lasting impact of even one influential convert, Dionysius, who became the first bishop of Athens and shaped church history. He emphasizes that success in God’s Kingdom is not measured by numbers, status, or outward appearance, but by doing the will of God each day. Drawing on historical context, personal stories, and examples from ministry, he urges believers to step outside their comfort zones, live boldly for Christ, and trust that God is working behind the scenes in ways we may never see. The message calls for Holy Spirit–empowered obedience and faithfulness, knowing that even one life touched can have eternal influence.
